Q.  I have little or no online experience, is this membership for me?

A.  We provide beginner and more advanced training to tailor to different experience levels.

 

Q.  Are there any additional fees other than the quarterly/monthly membership fee?

A.  No additional fees are charged. You may choose to purchase specialized personal 1 on 1 coaching and special event tickets, but no further payment is required to have access to the best internet coaching available.

 

Q.  Do you offer a free service or different membership levels?

A.  We do not offer a free service. We have 2 membership levels, the quarterly service or the monthly service that is billed $97.00 monthly.

 

Q.  I do not live in the United States, can I still benefit from MastermindPros.com Coaching Club?

A.  Yes, we will give you the tools to succeed online out of almost any country. Some countries do not have access to Paypal, sorry if you can not pay via Paypal, we can not provide our services to you.

 

Q.  I paid with Paypal, but can not gain access to the site. What should I do?

A.  Check how you paid through Paypal. If you used an e-check, your payment will not clear the bank for up to 5 business days. When your payment is received you will be granted full access to all membership benefits.

 

Q.  Can I use a credit card, debit card or bank account to pay?

A.  Yes, you can pay with a credit card, debit card or bank account. Click on the paypal button on the Join Mastermind Pros page. When you arrive at the paypal screen that asks for login information click the link below the login boxes. You will be given the options to pay with the method of your choice (in most locations).

 

Q.  Is there additional charges for private or personal coaching.

A.  Yes, we do charge an additional fee for private and personal coaching. To get a "personal coaching or obligation free quote" please use the contact us link above and in the subject line put "personal coaching"... We can customize a personal coaching schedule around YOUR needs.

 

Q.  Do you need to be a member of Mastermind Pros community to purchase private coaching.

A.  No, we do offer private coaching without membership. However all personal and private coaching customers are automatically enrolled in the Mastermind Pro Team membership.

 

Q.  You mention live events on your sales page, is there an additional charge for the live events?

A.  Your membership qualifies you to be invited to our live event coaching. There will be an additional charge to actually attend the event.

 

Q.  Is it possible to attend a live coaching event without being a member of the Mastermind Pros?

A.  No, but a membership will be available at the door to all live coaching events. However all Mastermind Pros Team community members will be offered the live coaching event tickets at a reduced price.

 

Q.  When I try to sign up, I am getting an error that says "Member Could Not Be Added Successfully. Another Member exists with the same user name." I know that no one else has my user name though. How can I fix this.

A.  This is a security mechanism designed to protect our users. When you put your information into our form, and click on one of the submit buttons, our servers automatically log the user name that you have submitted, even if you payment does not go through. This is designed to prevent users from accidentally paying twice. We want to guarantee that you will not be double charged and so the solution to this problem is simple. Choose another user name and submit that into the user name field. That should solve the problem, and allow you to move on to the payment processing options. Q.  Do you offer refunds If I am not happy with my service?

A. Because MMP services are subscription based, once activated, they are not refundable.  All our member material is immediately available upon subscription activation.  This policy is true for all subscription periods regardless of whether they be 1 week or 1 year.

 

Q.  Do you coach every single day of the year?

A.  We coach every day of the week, but we do take off for certain holidays including but not limited to Christmas, Thanksgiving (US), Easter, New Years.

 

Q.  How am I elgible to earn from the joint venture projects.  

A.  Every member is elgible to participate in the joint venture projects as students. You are only elgible to earn from these after the 31st day of your membership. From that day forward, as long as you remain an  active member with an active subscription you will get rebated back a portion of the joint venture profits as a bonus. A break in your subscription will terminate your right to share in these. You would need start again and  to again qualify with 31 days of an active paying membership. Also you must still be an active member to receive the bonus so if you cancel or pause your membership you will not receive any funds or bonus.
