Mastermind Pros wishes all the mom, grandmoms, aunts , sisters, and lovely women around the world a Happy Mother’s Day.  We are always interested in how the world is changing and how the internet makes the world a smaller place with the ease of communication.

There are several causes springing up this Mother’s Day.  We follow the Blogger’s Unite recommendations and this year there are people posting about having a group of women from around the world who meet and find the way for peace.  No mother should have to send their children off to die in a war.  That is something that none of us really want.

The lady who was credited for the birth of Mother’s Day was an activist for abolition of slavery and then after the US Civil War, she became and advocate for peace.  Several women are taking up the cause, and it is gaining some momenteum with the Bloggers Unite group.

Another group has a very clever idea where you can donate money and put a picture on their wall on the website.  We all love to look at pictures.  What are you donating the money for? The donation is to feed children.  It does not cost all that much to feed a child for a year.  What sacrifices did your mother make for you when you were growing up?  Are you able to help mothers who are not as fortunate as you or your family?

When several people join in and give a little, it can add up very quickly.  Did your mother teach you to help others?  Was or is your mom an activist?  What is her cause?

On Mother’s Day, take some time for happy memories.  Think about the times your mom went out of her way to make you happy.  I sure hope that most of you had moms who did this.

Several moms stay at home now so they can get more of a foundation for their children.  Children need to have that support.  Several kids are raised in daycare.  Were you?  I worked in one of those places.  I felt sorry for those kids.  Moms make a difference.

The internet offers opportunities for moms who want to stay home.  Several are working at home, and they even have their own acronym now, WAHM.  Work At Home Moms can make more than the go to the day job dads.  If that is your desire, then take some time to see what they are doing by searching Google.
