Ann Reviews Click Bank Products

By: Ann MossClickbank is the world’s largest internet provider of digital products.   Everyday many products are added to Clickbank’s marketplace for Affiliate Marketers to evaluate whether they want to promote that product or not.

Those that are new to Affiliate Marketing go to Clickbank and then try to sort through all the products and then set up campaigns and web sites to promote them.   Expectations are huge and all the hype that takes place with the “pitch pages” of the products can lead Affiliate Marketers down a path of self destruction.

Only a small percentage of people promoting products on Clickbank actually make the “big bucks”.   Those on the outside of this group don’t know what they have done wrong and after much effort, give up.

To assist those just starting out, there is a few things that can help in determining whether a product on Clickbank is worth promoting and has the potential to make money.   By using the following key points as a check list when reviewing pitch pages, it is easy to evaluate a good quality pitch page versus one that won’t convert for the Affiliate Marketer.

Key #1 – Understanding Keywords
This is a given when it comes to AdWords and promoting any product.   If your keywords are not relevant to the product you are promoting, no one is going to buy the product.   You have to look at this from the customer’s point of view.   If they type in a keyword in the a search engine and your product comes up, but when they open up the pitch page and the keyword didn’t match up with what they are looking for, they will just hit the “back” button on their computer and move on.   You just lost a sale.

Key #2 – The Headline
Does the headline stand out?   Does it capture your attention?   Does it create a desire for you to want to read more?   If it doesn’t, it’s time to look for another product to promote.   If you aren’t interested in reading the full pitch page, neither will be your customers.

Key#3 – What’s in it for me?
Again, put yourself in your customer’s shoes.   Think about the benefits and features of what the product is promoting.   Does it match up with your keywords for relevance and does it create a “what’s in it for me” desire to learn more.   How does it benefit your customer?

Key #4 – Is there a unique selling proposition?
Products that offer a unique selling proposition will sell much better than anything else.   What is unique about this product that other products are not offering?  How can you capitalize on this to gain a niche that others will miss out on?

Key #5 – Are there testimonials?
Are there testimonials?  These are important to show credibility of the product being sold.   A few are really good, too many and it can overwhelming and they will not be read.

Key #6 – Is there a guarantee?
Even though this is important for your pitch page and customers really look at them, Clickbank requires all products sold to have a 56 day return policy.  Now, if the guarantee is for longer than 56 days, it would catch my attention.

Key #7 – Is there a call to action?
It’s amazing how many pitch pages I have seen that have not had a call to action.  It’s really hard to make a sale if you don’t instruct a customer on what to do to make the purchase.

Key #8 – Are there “exits” off the pitch page?
Phone numbers, email address’, text links to other web pages, and opt-in boxes for newsletters, free offers, and trials are considered “exits” off of the pitch page that benefit the seller and not the affiliate marketer.  Look for all “exits” to make sure they benefit both the seller and the affiliate marketer.

Again, as an Affiliate Marketer, use these keys as a checklist to do your research on your products.    By taking the time to do this research, a new Affiliate Marketer can be well on their way to success.

What is Technorati?

If you are going to have a blog, you will find out about Technorati sooner or later.  On most Word Press blogs technorati is the pinging service of choice.  What does that mean?  It means that what you write is going to get seen by the crawling electronic (?) spiders who will visit your blogging content.

Here is a quote from the Technorati web site that explains a little about them.

Currently tracking 112.8 million blogs and over 250 million pieces of tagged social media.

Technorati is the recognized authority on what’s happening on the World Live Web, right now. The Live Web is the dynamic and always-updating portion of the Web. We search, surface, and organize blogs and the other forms of independent, user-generated content (photos, videos, voting, etc.) increasingly referred to as “citizen media.”

But it all started with blogs. A blog, or weblog, is a regularly updated journal published on the web. Some blogs are intended for a small audience; others vie for readership with national newspapers. Blogs are influential, personal, or both, and they reflect as many topics and opinions as there are people writing them.

I am probably a late Technorati user for their social networking system.  If you ever need ideas about blogging or want to see what is hot in blogging just visit Technorati and you will find lots and lots of content.

I hope you will get motivated to even add your own content to your very own blog and see the difference it makes in your search engine optimziation experience.

Hands On Classes Get Results

I have never heard of a coaching club that does what Mastermind Pros is doing right not to help people succeed.  I have purchased e-books, and trainings that are supposed to show me everything that I need to succeed, but somehow they did not give me all that I needed for success.  I am still a member of the go to work “rat race”, while working to have the multiple streams of income that are going to take the place of the full time “job”.

Frank Terranova really cares about the people who take time out of their busy schedules to attend the coaching classes that MMP offers.  Sure this is the official blog of Mastermind Pros and I might be a little biased. I also have the experience of spending way too much money than I care to mention here to get the type of help to succeed that I never really did get.  I hope that made sense.

Here is what all the buzz is about and what sets MMP apart from any other coaching program out there.  Frank has created JV partnerships for MMP coaching members.  What does that mean?  Frank is so sure that he can teach people to be successful affiliate marketers that he is putting his money on the line to get people off to successful ad campaigns and into profit using Search Engine Advertising such as Google and Yahoo pay per click ads.

Watching these partnerships blossom is really exciting. Groups of people from all over the world are joining together to plan successful ad campaigns.  The results of what is being produced is outstanding.  Everyone is having fun and gaining confidence in affiliate marketing.

The e-books might be great, but if you really want to make affiliate marketing a part of your life, this class is something this is making a difference.  Stay tuned for the updates on this.
